1. For a Return Request please send an email to our customer service team at: puresoul.pr@gmail.com.
  2. Explain the reason for your return.
  3. Once we approve and send you a Return Confirmation email, send your item(s) back to us within 15 days after receiving your order.
  4. Returns must be accompanied by receipt.
  5. Customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item.
  6. Merchandise item(s) must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed. We do not accept returns for soiled or washed merchandise. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will be sent back to the customer.
  7. No money refunds will be made.
  8. Once we confirm the item(s) has been returned correctly, and we approve the request, we will send you an email with a GIFT CARD, with the total amount of your original purchase. Gift Card can be used online or in any of our Pure Soul locations.
  9. For a SIZE CHANGE, please specify that on the email, and we will make the change if the item(s) is returned in the item is available.
  10. All SALE purchases are final.
  11. We have a limit of $500.00 of returns in a 90 day period.
